FREE BASIC USE LICENSE (NON-EXCLUSIVE) This Free Basic Use License ("License") is granted by **RapperStore.com** ("Licensor") to the individual or entity downloading a beat for free ("Licensee"). By downloading, using, or distributing the beat, Licensee agrees to the terms below. --- ## 1. Grant of License Licensor grants Licensee a **non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license** to use the instrumental music composition and sound recording ("Beat") downloaded for free from RapperStore.com, subject to the limitations outlined in this agreement. --- ## 2. Permitted Uses Licensee is permitted to: * Record vocals and create **one (1) new song** using the Beat * Distribute the song up to: * **100,000 audio-only streams** (Spotify, Apple Music, SoundCloud, etc.) * **100,000 video streams** (YouTube, Vevo, social video platforms, etc.) * Use the song in **unlimited live performances**, concerts, shows, and DJ sets * Perform the song for promotional and entertainment purposes * Monetize streams and videos within the limits stated above --- ## 3. Prohibited Uses Licensee may NOT: * Sell, sublicense, share, or redistribute the Beat by itself (free or paid) * Claim ownership or authorship of the Beat * Use the Beat in film, television, commercials, video games, NFTs, or paid sync placements * Exceed the stream limits without purchasing an upgraded license * Upload the Beat to Content ID systems (including YouTube Content ID) --- ## 4. Ownership & Copyright * The Beat remains **100% owned by Licensor** * Licensee owns the lyrics and vocal performance they create * This License does **not** constitute a work-for-hire agreement --- ## 5. Credit Requirement Licensee agrees to give credit in song descriptions where applicable: **"Prod. by RapperStore.com"** Failure to credit does not void the license but may be requested to be corrected. --- ## 6. Publishing * Licensor retains **100% of the producer’s share of publishing** * Licensee retains **100% of the writer’s share of lyrics and vocals** * No publishing registration by Licensee using the Beat alone is permitted --- ## 7. Stream Limit Exceedance If Licensee exceeds **100,000 audio streams** or **100,000 video streams**, this License is automatically terminated unless an upgraded paid license is purchased from RapperStore.com. --- ## 8. Term & Termination * This License is valid indefinitely **unless breached** * Any violation of the terms results in automatic termination * Upon termination, all use of the Beat must cease immediately --- ## 9. No Warranty The Beat is provided **"as is"** without warranties of any kind. Licensor is not liable for any damages, losses, or claims arising from use of the Beat. --- ## 10. Governing Law This License shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the **United States**. --- **By downloading a free beat from RapperStore.com, Licensee acknowledges and agrees to all terms of this Free Basic Use License.**
